Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following data through trusted service providers that operate on our behalf:

• Anonymous identifier. An anonymous Firebase Authentication ID generated for your installation, used to operate features and sync your subscription status. It is not linked to your name or email.
• Usage and analytics data. Events such as timers started, session activity, screen and feature usage, app language, and subscription tier, collected via Google Analytics for Firebase and Mixpanel.
• Crash and diagnostic data. Stack traces, breadcrumbs, and device information (such as model, OS version, and device region and language settings) collected via Firebase Crashlytics when the app encounters an error.
• Purchase data. Subscription and purchase status processed via Google Play Billing. We never receive your full payment card details.
• Magic AI input. When you use the AI feature, the text you enter is sent to Google's AI services to generate a result. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into this feature.
• Website data. When you visit our website, we collect device and browser information, general (city/country) location, and usage via Google Analytics and cookies.

2. How We Use Data

We use this data to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to verify subscriptions; to diagnose crashes; and to understand feature usage. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics), Google Play Billing, and Google AI services — Google LLC.
• Mixpanel, Inc.

4. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We limit access to collected data to what is needed to operate the Service, and we rely on the security controls of the established providers named above.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service:

• Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics): up to 90 days.
• Usage and analytics events (Google Analytics for Firebase): up to 14 months.
• Usage and analytics events (Mixpanel): up to 2 years.
• Anonymous installation identifier and subscription status: until you request deletion or it is no longer needed to provide the Service.
• Magic AI input: processed transiently to return a result and not stored by us.

6. How to Delete Your Data

Because we do not collect your name or email, your data is linked only to a randomly generated installation identifier. To delete it, we need that identifier. The easiest way is to contact us from within the app (open the app's Support / Contact option) and ask us to delete your data — your message automatically includes your installation identifier. You can also email support@timesolutely.com; if you do, please send your request from the app so the identifier is included. Within 30 days we will delete the analytics events and profile held under that identifier in Mixpanel and delete the associated anonymous Firebase Authentication account. Crash diagnostics in Firebase Crashlytics cannot be retrieved or deleted individually; they are automatically deleted within 90 days. Other usage analytics are retained in pseudonymous form and deleted automatically according to the retention periods above; because this data is not linked to an identifier you can provide us, we are unable to action an individual deletion request against it. You can also stop all further collection at any time by uninstalling the app.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@timesolutely.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
