1. Personal, Non-Commercial Use License

Timesolutely grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Service for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Commercial Use: You may not use Timesolutely to provide services to third parties for a fee. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Service to conduct professional fitness classes, coaching sessions, or corporate training events where participants pay for access.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to timer logic, UI design, animations (such as our mechanical clock movements), and icons—are the exclusive property of Timesolutely and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not record, scrape, or redistribute our timer sessions for public or commercial use without express written consent.

3. User Accounts & Access

Access to certain features of the web application may require an active account or a verified subscription from the Timesolutely Android application. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any user we suspect is violating these terms or engaging in abusive behavior.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for precision, Timesolutely does not guarantee that the timers will be 100% accurate or uninterrupted. Use of the Service for time-critical tasks is at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
